We’ve some new tooling on order that we are excited about getting soon and putting to work.
The Shibaura BTD-200QF Horizontal FLEXMACHINE is a CNC milling machine used for manufacturing smaller products. It has a work cube of 59” x 47.2” x 27.5”, which means it can accommodate workpieces of up to 59 inches in length, 47.2 inches in width, and 27.5 inches in height.
The machine also has a full CNC rotary table and can handle workpieces weighing up to 8,000 pounds. The horizontal orientation of the spindle allows for efficient milling of flat or slightly curved surfaces.
We’re excited to put this to work for our clients who need precision manufacturing of small to medium-sized parts.
